It really isn't.

How about they fix the multitude of bugs and glitches and actually aquire a basis of a good match engine before they go about getting shit licenses that nobody cares about

Got a point to be fair. The best PES games didn't come out of nowhere. They made a great start and then steadily improved. Since the switchover to this generation it hasn't been the same, and I'd be surprised if they came up with some master fix for the next game. But it's a different game now I guess. That said, I'll still play it I expect, as I much prefer the feel of PES and the community around it, but I'd still trade all of the new games back for PES 4, 5, and 6, if I could.
