Jouffre, for Lorient, costs about 1,5 million, he is one of the cheapest members on my squad but he is a great dribbler and has better shot accuracy than a lot of strikers. May not be past enough for you but he is a great left winger imo, like having Messi on your team when he has a red arrow.

Monnet Paquet can give you a lot of pace as an SS or a winger, also players for Lorient. Also a great super sub.

Mansouri (fake name is maqeri or something, algeria national) is a nice choice at DMF, my cheapest player but one of the best. He isn't quick but DMF's shouldn't really have much speed anyway.
