If i don't have ony ruby, sapphire, jade or amber then i kill the fishes. It never affects me in any ways. I've gotten almost every code except for Dinivas. All the others where pretty easy for me to obtain.

theres way to many myths and i understand why people believe them alot of older games had hidden ways to get extra stuff

for instance 1 of the crash bandicoot games had if you beat up a certain polar bear enough you could get extra lives ok bad example
lets go more recent dark cloud had if you kill certain enemies with certain items you would get there slayer or elemental drops

the problem here is that everything runs off %s and there is no real way of telling if theres a way to increase the % of stuff so people make stuff up

its better to just ignore the rumors unless there hinted at like QWK in actual game
level 5 usually does hint at stuff with NPCS WKC is no exception to there hints towards hidden stuff
NPCS give you hints on georama shop statues and even how too knock down enemies

NPCS in your geo town sometimes say you should hit the sparkling spot on a creature or sumthing like that
which is the refrence to knocking down enemies

so im not saying these myths are true and im not saying these myths are false because alot of RPGS have hidden tricks and stuff
