	Also, emails they receive have a 24 hour service level on them, then then just usually tell you they can't help you by email and to call them... Which you'd be lucky to get through to them whilst paying the national rates for phone calls. -_-

And I'm not online, I'm at work right now Adrienne is right, I shouldn't worry at first... maybe more time is needed in Europe, like for multiple translations. But that's why I fear Level 5 could keep homeland and US servers alive, while shuting down Europe ones. So they wouldn't have to translate for hypothetical DLCs... Less work, less costs.

	I tried submitting a support request to SCEE, but could not find the submission form. In my email to D3 and submission to SCEA's support I did indicate that it was down in the EU as well. I can't call SCEE from here, so I can only ask that some of our EU friends get Sony support on the phone and give them a hard time over this.. ------------------- Guild: Nekomimis FTW!
