	To my knowledge you gotta be in a guild with the guild level at either 3 or 4 to buy them in the guild armory. Also they appear randomly in the geoforge inside the guild.

	I joined a guild and when I went to the Guild village or whatever I bought one for my avatar and 2 more for a couple of my story characters. I like them.

	Hopefully you bought them in the armory. Try to save your Gems as much as you can unless you see something you really want in the Geoforge that's worth it.
