And even so, what makes him think that it will KO Weavile in one hit? It's not like Weavile, or any other Pokemon for that matter, has a weakness to Normal-Type moves.

Oh, and that +2 Priority only applies in Gen V, not anywhere else. So that is a situational priority.

I have already said: If your Extremespeed is not in Gen V, it is useless against Weavile since the +2 priority only applies there.

Anywhere else, and your whole Rayquaza team has "Kick Me with Ice Shard!" signs all over the place.

I'd love to see how tough your Extremespeed is after I burn your whole team to a cinder. Your attacks will be nothing.

Well, not fire attacks, more like the status effect itself to decrease Attack damage. Dusknoir, Trick Room, and Will-o-Wisp says hi.

And no, you cannot OHKO him, so don't even go there. Dusknoir simply has way too much defense and special defense to be getting OHKO'ed. Even with meager HP.

Dusknoir does come packed with a neat strategy. Mine is a Careful Nature one, so he gets Special Defense increases in exchange for Special Attack decreases, which is no problem there. Trick Room, then proceed to using Pain Split to get the lost HP back to full while severly weakening those with high HP. He's one of my favorite strategic Pokemon.
