Psychic/Dark. I'm not too happy with the colouring but this is the best combination that I have tried.

A great sprite! But it ain't that perfect . I think that it doesn't look that much of an ice type, especially if ice is its primary type. And, it's a tad too big for a Pokemon sprite, isn't it? Otherwise, it's great! The idea and shading are awesome. The shading on the tail looks perhaps a little pillow like, but nothing big.

I love the idea of a Nautilius sprite! Those animals are so beautiful:3. Anyway, the shell looks awesome, but the body isn't that good. The purple belly doesn't look that good. It seems like it doesn't belong there. The head is ok. It's the body - it's kinda too simple:S. But, pretty good, just add something on the body, or put the sprite in a nother pose. You can put it in the pose of a crab or smth like that. I think that it would be easier to put the shell on the body that way. But your idea of a humanoid nautilus is great, but it needs a bit more to make it look spectacular.

First off, the idea with the flames is good, but I don't think that it's such a good idea to have them floating around the sprite. You should have made them a part of the sprite somehow. I'm saying this because there aren't any sprites in Pokemon now that have smth floating around them. It also looks kinda flat. It needs better shading. Overall, it looks to simple and
stiff.

Waaay to simple. And it's kinda too geometrical? It's made of a couple of circles! I think the shading is facing the wrong way too. It doesn't look that much like a Pokemon, it's too simple. Just add more!

What is that red thing beneath its hand supposed to be? The feet don't look that good. It doesn't look like it can stand on them. The hands also don't look that good:S. The shading also doesn't look that good. The face looks to simple too. Just fix the feet and add a bit more. The color scheme looks ok.

New Theme: Independence Day. Here in the US, our Independence Day is coming up, but I know not everyone here is from the US, so you can create a sprite celebrating your own home country. (Or a country you don't live in, I won't be checking where you're from.) Also, hopefully by the time the week's done I'll have something special for you guys.~
Due Date: July 4th, which admittedly is slightly more than a week but you get the point.
Judge: I believe I'll be taking this one.

Eh, probably going to have to extend the round... But on to the more important news.

Actually, two announcements.
First off: my co-judge 4EverSeaMusic is going to be gone all throughout July and August, so I will be doing all the judging all summer. He will be back sometime in September.

Secondly: I would like to announce...

The White Spriting Competition's First Ever
Spriting Tournament: The Return of Team Plasma

To enter: Create a fusion using at least four Pokemon, two of which should be from the fifth generation. Once you've done that, send me a PM with the following information:



The comments section is where you can describe your thought process when creating your sprite. It's not so important with a simple fusion, but later on it'll become important with more complex themes.
The Top 3 Favorite Pokemon is what I'll use in the tournament graphic. You can use recolored/fan-made Pokemon if you'd like, but you will need to provide both the battle sprite and overworld sprite. It's first come, first serve with who gets their favorite Pokemon, should two people ask for the same one.

The deadline to enter is July 15th, just under two weeks, so you should have plenty of time to enter. I'll reveal the tournament structure then as well.

Haha! I knew my sprite-ey sense was tingling C: Hadn't been around in a few weeks, then got a random urge to check out the contests. I'll totally be entering this (as if the Writing contest doesn't have me busy enough )
