i use a hack on platinum and i trade rayqazara lv1 on white and i got the same error code it said "That pokemon may not be offered for trade (13267)!

Gen 5 pokemon are incredibly easy to hack, but there's some pokemon which are just impossible to get. The lvl 3 rayquaza and level 4 reshiram mentioned, for example, the GTS simply won't accept because there's no legitimate way of obtaining them in your game.

The programming that GTS uses to check for hacks is incredibly simple like that. It's not hard to bypass, but hacks as blatant as that just won't work. I assume the person asking for a reshiram level 9 or under is only doing so so that they can store their pokemon on the gts for a while.

I have a lv.100 reshiram that i recieved in the wifi club and it still wont let me put it on gts!!

Maybe that Reshiram was encountered at an impossible place? Or it has a ribbon that doesn't allow it to be traded in GTS?

My Probopass is getting the same error and he is level 8. HE IS NOT HACKED. I made my old probopass have an egg with a nosepass and Evolved him Normally at chargestone cave. Same problem or not?

i caught a level 1 reshiram and leveled it up to level 100 but it still wont let me trade it over to my legit pokemon black.

i had a similar problem..some guy traded me a shiny blastoise lv100 nd when i tried to trad it to another person it wouldnt let me...
