That's why I like the bottom one, I usually like to pick a team with my favourite looking pokemon for the main story instead of the more powerful ones for a challenge

If you want to create teams faster I have a site. It is this: http://wyncorporation.com/pokemon/. you can choose the number of pokemon (1-6), Region (national, unova, johto), Exclude or not exclude legends, and exclude or not exclude nfe's (not fully evolved). I think it's pretty good.

I just came up with this team: Blaziken, Emolga, Donphan, Shedinja, Altaria, and Tornadus.
