Isn't that a Shellder? Clamperl is from Gen 3 if I remember correctly. But otherwise it looks great 8D

Well I feel sheepish... It is a Shellder but it is still only a water type.

Oh god, sorry. I often assume all the members of Pokémon families are the same type.
And I got the name wrong ... I must have been tired then.

AxeLea, if you wouldn't mind, that'd be nice.
Let's just hope I remember which types are which next round. :L

I'm happy to see we got quite a few more entries this round! Hopefully it stays that way. Here is the judging:

[A] I really like this sprite. The only thing that kept this from getting an A+ was the mohawk. I think it should come a little bit more onto his head if that makes any sense.

[DQ] You know why this has been disqualified. Anyway I can still judge it. It is good for a recolor though. I like how the colors have been used to portray the ice color.

[A+] Of all the entries of the round I like this one the best. You have perfect portrayed the ice type as well as the reindeer. This is the perfect sprite for this round. The only thing I can complain about is that the far back leg needs some outline on its foot.

[DQ] This is a great revamp. You have shaded very well. I really can't see anything wrong with this sprite. Very well done!

[A-] I like the way this looks! There are a few things I don't like though. The ice on it's head is shaded wrong. The colored outline should be where the black outline is. Also the hand needs some colored outline. Very nice sprite though.

[A] The first thing I noticed was that there is no black outline. It should be where the darker outline is. The other thing I noticed was that you dither shaded. In the newer games there is no dither shading.

[C] When doing devamps you should keep the sprite in 3D. Your sprite is only 2D. Also it should still keep the general shape of the sprite. The sprites features would shrink and fuse more, but it still retains the original shape. Just keep on working at it and you should get much better. I myself am still working on it!
