	The move is Cotton Guard, and it raises Defense by 3 stages. Tail Glow also boosts Special Attack by 3 stages in Black and White. I believe they're the only 3 stage boosts though. ------------------- Check out Cardfight!! Vanguard! We are... the Little Busters!.

	They could, but there's not a whole lot of point when there are better moves to use and abuse. Substitute, Leech Seed, Taunt, Protect, Encore, and so forth come first. ------------------- Check out Cardfight!! Vanguard! We are... the Little Busters!.
