Alrigt, here is the beat way to train:
1.Go to the battle subway and get an item such as a power anklet, a stamina anklet, etc.
2.CHAIN BREED!!!!!!! Get your pokemon to know moves you want them to; such as a weavile with ice punch; breed a male buneary that knows it with a female medicham, then breed till you get a boy medicham and breed with a female weavile; and as for ferrothron with leech seed and stealth rock, breed with a male torttera that knows those two moves.
3.EV's!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress how cital this is ingame. Get the hp brace (or whatever its called) and fight audinos with that (if you want hp)
4.REMEMBER!!!!!!!!!!! Have the pokemon (either parent)hoold an item like (Ankle weight) if u want them to have good att EV's or whatever.

I just wipe out every trainer possible
and exp grind off Elite 4 ^^

Find any grass and run around till it shakes make sure the pokemon you want to grin with is holding the Lucky Egg. Fight Audinos with double exp

I found that if you train on route 11 u can repeatedly train ur pokemon but u need to train towards the bottom of the waterfall you will need the move waterfall of course having your pokemon hold a lucky egg helps aswell

i find just going to vicory road can be best but dependant on ur lvls combine most of the other advise ppl have given it all works and joined toghter u can be lv 60-70 in no time

I suggest the Black Tower. Unlike Battle Subway, you actually gain EXP points. There are tons of trainers (which is good, but can get annoying if you want to clear the floor quickly) with two or three pokemon each.

Use pass power to boost exp and just by the elite 4 run up and down till the grass shakes. Mostly always audino which will give about 2.5k of exp points. I trained a litwick lvl.15 up into a lvl 69 Chandelure purely from this method.
