I think I know who the king is. If you look at the Relic Crown's image preview, the item looks similar to the one that N was crowned with in the opening title sequence of Black/White. It's most likely connected to N, who was crowned king of Team Plasma.

Okay, I just got through all of Abyssal Ruins and got most of the items. I don't even think the pink tiles thingies have anything to do with . . Anything. Except for the ones that lead to the next floor. . .
On floor one, you should enter the ruins through the westernmost exit and find the shortest path to the center tile. (190 steps is the limit to get there or it won't allow you to go to floor 2.
On floor 2 when you get to the tile, it doesn't matter how many steps you take. When you get to the tile, all you do is use flash. And then proceed.
Floor 3 you use strength on the tile then go to the last floor and straight in the center of that room is the Relic Crown.

no it is not gibberish I know nothing about it but I heard something on a site about it really interesting those last four letters two of them they said change depending on which version so they are reshiram and zekrom also they thought landlours beings and the other one I forgot what they said

Okay.

There are no pokemon in Abyssal Ruins, ledgendary or otherwise.
Second, the it is a monoalphabetic code that points you in the right direction in a series of quotes saying things like "The king is awesome, don't you agree?", "The king would turn left here.", and "If you praise the king's strength use strength here.", etc.
In addition, it will take you several trips down there in order to collect all the loot, b/c in order to finish you must make it in the least possible number of steps: for example you must walk to the 1F pillar in less than 190 steps in order to interact with it.
On the 2nd floor you must use Flash to continue and on the 3rd floor you must use strength to continue.
On the 4th floor is the Relic Crown, currently the highest-selling item in the Pokemon world, for $300,000.
And that's all there is. The Creation Trio are unobtainable on BW. The Shadow Trio only gave you the orbs because you cannot Poketransfer ledgendaries with items.
