You should have a go at it, the highest level for each of the Elite 4 is level 50, and their others being 48. But then you'll have to battle N and his highest is 52 if I'm not mistaken. I can't say that I can suggest a good training spot but you should definately try it out, you're not really underleveled. Yeah he has a level 52 Zekrom or Reshiram depending on your version. I think you have to leave a space in your party if you want Zekrom/Reshiram to battle when you catch it. -------------------
