Yes. It's a Rock-type. You could say it's a Ground-type, but I'm calling it a Rock-type for the point of not getting disqualified.

Just imagine the dust clouds have small debris of pebbles, or whatever it takes.

grr... sorry about this guys, I almost finished judging (literally, I was writing the new theme and everything) and my internet window crashed (it actually did that twice while I was judging, but the first time I'd barely started, so I just started again). I can't spend another two hours copying everything down. If you want comments for your sprite, please PM me, I'd be more than happy to help you, I just can't re-type everything for this post right now. -Seeing as Turkey Day (thanksgiving) is tomorrow, make a new flying-type Pokemon.

Richea the wind spirit Pokemon.
Type:Flying
Dwells in high mountains where it is very windy and sunny. Since this Pokemon protects sacred shrines from evil people, it is said to cause storms to keep greedy adventurers from getting to the treasures from the shrines. Only pure hearted adventurers will be able to meet this Pokemon, making it rarely seen.
