the number of master and ultra balls is zero before entering the code, then after you enter it you get 649 master balls and 100 ultra balls in slots 1 and 2. Its a sweet code, whoever coded it deserver a ton of kudos lol.

kress122 I explained how to use the IV codes. You must first have all the IV codes on, then go into your pc and go to move, go to the pokemon you want to have the max IVs and go to marking, then mark all the symbols then un-mark them. Once you do that you will have all the IVs maxed out. As for EV I didn't post the codes for them, but I can. Those work the same as the IV codes but do the EVs instead, and with this code you can bypass the maximum of the 510 EVs you are supposed to have, you can have 252 for all the EVs.
