First of all... TM's and HM's do not go to your Key Items bag. They go to your TM's and HM's which is depicted by a box on the inventory screen. 	Can someone please create a code for the action replay to get specifically all the key items back in your key items slot in your bag. I used a code that erased all my key items and replaced them with unusable Tm's and Hm's. Please help me out with this i need my key items back

There are codes that will let you catch any pokemon, and codes that will make wild pokemon shiny - but as for starting the game and getting your starter to be shiny - no, there is no code for that. You can start the game and them implement the codes I referenced above, and then release your first starter pokemon from the Professor to be left with the shiny version, but other than that there is no way for the gifted pokemon to be shiny.
