AR Code Requests - Page 5

I think I might need to get DS Link, driver thingy, but I have no idea, I am running an old version like 1.51....

Could somebody make a code that modifies EV's? ie.
1 Protien gives 252 Attack EV's instead of 10
Something that gives pokemon legitimate stats but cuts down EV training.

I have two code requests if you have a chance. The first is for all TMs/HMs. I found one, but they came up in the Key Items bag and didn't do anything when a TM/HM was chosen. The second is to get the Liberty Ticket and activate the event. Since I cannot connect my DS to the internet, I have no way of downloading the event. I would appreciate any help with these two.

isn't there a code that enables all the pokemons to receive the same exp after the fight? instead of only the one that battles receive the exp ... I want them to receive the same amount
