I dont know much about coding, but this can help:
Press L+R, you will get 649 Master Ball and 100 Ultra Ball, Toss to change amounts to Pokemon number and level respectively. Press Select before heading into grass.

and as for the moves, you can make him learn it with this code:
press L&R then press select afterward then go to TM44 and there will be the move desired. you will get x559 of the first item, toss them until you get the right move.
