To be honest, I actually think that as a stat-boosting move, Nitro Charge would actually help Reshiram a lot more than Claw Sharpen would help Zekrom, as Zekrom's physical attacks already hit extremely hard even without a stat-boosting move anyway, and this move also would not really enable Zekrom to sweep, as it is not exactly a fast Pokémon and can be easily revenge-killed by many Pokémon such as Latias, Latios, Rayquaza, Kyuremu and Garchomp anyway (assuming they are used often). On the other hand, if Reshiram comes in on a Genesect, Forretress or Scizor and uses Nitro Charge, it would get a free chance to increase its Speed, while possibly knocking out one of the opponent's Pokémon in the process, depending on whether or not the opponent switches. And for Pokémon such as Reshiram and Zekrom that hit extremely hard but are not exactly fast, I believe that a Speed-raising move, especially one that deals damage and could potentially knock out Bug/Steel-type Pokémon or revenge-kill slower and weakened Pokémon in the process (thus pretty much giving the user a free turn to increase their Speed, without risk of being heavily damaged or knocked out while using the set-up move, like in the case of Zekrom using Claw Sharpen), would be a lot more helpful than one which raises Attack and Accuracy by merely one level.

In fact, if the nature of the Generation IV "Über" battling environment is any indication of how the same environment in Generation V will be like, I'd much rather equip Zekrom with a Choice Band or a Choice Scarf to either punch holes in the opponent's team or revenge-kill things, than to use a moveset which relies on Claw Sharpen to sweep, simply because this move seems to have quite a high risk yet little reward, as it is not really useful in an environment in which fast Pokémon, Choice Scarf users and priority moves are extremely common, and many Pokémon faint in one to two hits even without the use of power-up moves anyway.

Now that you mention it Reshy is really a Wyvern (Dragons with wings attached to their arms) While Zekrom is...well a Dragon
In the End I like both Reshiram and Zekrom but I am kinda biased since Fire Types have always been my favorite, why? because Bacon doesn't cook itself when your camping

I try to avoid it... Kinda strange that they put that there.
