	You get it at about the 56 % mark. You finnaly have to go to the staduim and then try to race for the racer's team then you have to take the prototype hoverboard for a ride and then once your done there you get about another 4-5 missions then you get the hoverboard to keep. ------------------- Dbz Roleplay

	No you do the stadium board challenge then you do class 3 races trhen 4-5 missions you get to keep the board then after that mission you do 2 missions then class2 races then 6-7 missions later you do the class 1 race ------------------- Nobody can dispute an homage.
