I am having a hard time shooting down those crimson flying guard guys, I think I have really bad aim. Anyways I hold down the r1 button so it does a continous stream of fire but when I hit them they just bounce off to another place and fire at me again. I have looked at the guide, but it says the mission is easy, but its so hard for me. Any suggestions?

Well you have to use controlled burst of fire on them. As the gun will overheat if you hold it for to long. What you have to do is shot them two or three times and they will blow up and look for the arrow to find out where they are.

Then shot the ships cannons to blow the ship up. Hope that helps.

when you get to the ships blowing up parts just dont worry too much about the Krimzon Guards, they only show up every now and then when you get to that part and its usually jsut one guard also.

I'm having trouble with this in hero mode...

I had trouble too, but when you first jump in the car thing, if you remember where the first guards come from just start shooting there and you will get them before they get too close.
