Ok i give up. Either i am doing it wrong or my odds are horrible. I have been trying to Masuda method a shiny female modest/mild ralts and I honestly can even get a shiny one. So i will really go over board.

If anyone can trade me a Ralts I will give you eventS if it exactly like that because it was going to be a gift to my little sister and nothing is working. PLZ help me if you can, ty so much.
