The battle format will be chosen by me. 2. You must be registered in the NeoLeague to challenge me. 3. Standard OU Rules (no use of ubers obviously) 4. Disconnecting will result in a forfeit on your part. If you had the edge at the time of disconnection then I may grant an immediate rematch. 5. Wait for me to notify you for battle. 6. I am permitted to use one Pokemon not of the Psychic type. 7. I'd appreciate it if my teams/strategies weren't revealed. 8. Please do not PM for challenges (if i have not responded to your challenge after 24 hours, a pm to remind me is fine) 9. You can challenge only once a day. History of Challengers Spoiler:Winners Blazing Tempest 1-0 my first loss Spoiler:Losers FulminatoryFury 2-0 (3 vs 3) Jeeves 2-0 (3 vs 2 - cheeky trying to beat me with just 2 pokes haha) Blazing Tempest 1-0 (4 vs 4 doubles) 1hp saved me. phew! Spoiler:Gym vs. Gym None Spoiler:Clauses Sleep Clause: You can't use sleep inducing moves on your opponent's Pokémon when there's another Pokémon in his/her team asleep. Yawn can't be used to PseudoHaze (make opponent switch) when they have another Pokémon asleep because of you. When the asleep Pokémon awakes or faints, you're free to make another Pokémon of his/her team asleep. Sleeping being caused by Effect Spore or Rest are disconsidered from Sleep Clause. Species Clause: Pokémon of the same species cannot be used in the same team. Species is determined by the Pokemon's number in the pokedex. EX: Porygon-Z and Porygon2 in the same team would not be in violation of the species clause. Evasion Clause: You can't use moves that increase your evasion. This also includes moves that lower accuracy such as Mud Slap, Sand-Attack, etc. Avoid the use of Acupressure, it has a 1/7 chance to double your evasion. OHKO Clause: OHKO (One Hit KO) moves are not allowed. These moves are: Fissure Guillotine Horn Drill Sheer Cold Over Hack Clause: You are prohibited to use any Pokémon that has higher stats than its maximum ability. EX: Having more than 328 on any stat of Jirachi. Having more than 510 EVs is also unacceptable. Having hacked moves on a Pokémon is also not allowed. Uber Clause: No Uber Pokémon are allowed. Hax Clause: No items that involve luck may be used. Items included in this clause are: ‐ Brightpowder Focus Band Lax Incense Lucky Punch Quick Claw Razor Claw Razor Fang Scope lens Stick Self KO Clause: You can't use Destiny Bond, Perish Song, Selfdestruct or Explosion to force a tie. Abilities Clause: The following abilities are not allowed on any Pokémon. Moody Drizzle + Swift Swim on the same team Non-Released Clause Anything that is not available to the general public without hacking is not available for use.
