	Existence I would say seasons 2-4 of the modern series (including the Christmas/other specials), except a lot of stuff in season 2 is based off of what happened in season 1, so I'd suggest chugging through season 1 (even if you're not an uber big fan of it) and then go through seasons 2-4 happily, and ending at the End Of Time movie thingy. -------------------

	Eh, it depends on your viewpoint - I like Davies' writing style better, and he's the main writer for the show 'til season 5 starts. Season 5 and on, I'd say, is more fit for the 'mainstream' people who aren't extremely skilled at detecting hidden meanings or wanting to be major Doctor Who fans without any effort. Plus, there are things in season 5 on that require previous watching to understand. And you still won't understand some stuff. xD Existence -------------------

	That was just a guy who looked like David Tennant in a suit that looks a bit like Tennant's. Reminds me when people were convinced they saw the back of Tennant's head in the Series 6 trailer... and when they thought they saw Mickey in the Asylum of the Daleks trailer.

	Best xmas episode ever imho; it had a great balance and a touch of intrigue. I can't understand this hate for Moffat, he has more 4*+ in his tenure than RTD did in his already, and that is being kind and counting Moffat's earlier episodes in the RTD quota. Also, how the hell are recent episodes "more mainstream"? The arcs and concepts in the show are far more complex and deep now in my opinion. Give me eps 1 and 5 of this season over almost all of seasons 3 and 4.... -------------------
