Alright yeah cheers, how does all this link in with the Lord of Light?

It's some of the first real magic in the story. Melisandre also swallowed poison unaffected in one of her first appearances. She's basically using dark magic in service of this lord, though don't expect exposition as to what (Lord or Priestess) the source of it all is.

Blahhaha. I watched the first 5 minutes of episode 5 and turned that shit of. Really, really just not my cup of tea.

s02e05 - "The Ghost of Harrenhal" (SPOILERS!)

Wow, Renly bites the dust. Didn't expect that shadow creature to work it's magic so soon. Regardless, I lold. Renly sucked and now Stannis is the true heir to the throne, at least from the Baratheon side. *bleep*ing TVGuide though kind of spoiled the episode before I watched it and mentioned tonight's episode had a death and to click their link to see what the cast had to say about the shocking turn of events. Should have known it was going to be Renly.. the *bleep*ing link had his picture next to it after all. /duncehat. Difficult to avoid, it was on their front page of their site. rabblerabblerabble.

So Bran had a vision that Greyjoy will attack. Interesting. Especially since he said he saw Roddrick being amongst the dead. Too bad he's too young to understand that's what it meant, but as soon as he said the sea will flood the city, I immediately thought of Theon and his family.

Have a bad feeling Dany is going to lose all of her dragons but one. She has three, but I don't see her ending up with all three. A Dothraki will probably steal one, either Irri cause she seemed pretty jealous/upset at Doreah getting so friendly with that dragon or Doreah will steal one. The other one will probably be stolen by that guy from Qarth who proposed to Dany. Either that or two of them end up dying some how, probably Dany getting attacked, but I see her ending up with only one remaining alive.

The ending was cool. Those three prisoners are proving to be more useful than I originally thought they'd be. Wonder who Arya will tell them will be her next target. Joffrey has to be one of them.

He can't, because that would be the entire show and series. He's been bitching since the first episode of Season 1. lmao. Things back then weren't "action packed" enough for him. When episodes ended dramatically (see Bran's fall) and picked up weeks later at the beginning of episode 2, he bitched about that because they didn't "deliver" on the hype or something stupid like that. Who the *bleep* cares what he thinks, he's complaining about fantasy in a fantasy themed series. How dumb do you get?

Awesome twists with Renly dying and Tyrion ordering the Wildfyre (sp?) to be made for him. Loved the demon monkey bit.

Surprised by Renly's death tbh. Didn't expect him to die so soon.

No Rob Stark or Joffrey.

One will probably be the guard who stole her sword, though she may want to do that one herself. Third will probably be Tywin, and they will fail.

This is the first episode of the season where I just wanted to keep on watching. Interesting stories all throughout the episode, though Renly dying seemed way too early, I want his antler crown. Wanted Theon to kill the guy who was giving him shit, but I'm guessing that won't happen.
