quote MuleThat's the theory my dad had, too. If it happens, I'm not surprised. quote MuleBut wasn't it a bit out of character that he just injected himself so quickly with something he had just discovered? I used to watch Heroes, but I stopped watching it midway through the second series where I thought it got shit and I lost the storyline.

Yeah, red lighting. As opposed to the regular blue variety.
Not to be mistaken with blue fire. The spooky bad-guy version of regular fire power. Ability diversity hark! ------------------- Directive?

It seems to me like the writers can't think of new abilities. They keep using the same ones over and over. Two people have flight, Meredith and that guy have fire, Claire, Adam and Linderman all have healing powers etc... The only real original power that I've seen recently was the guy who create black holes. That was cool.

Don't forget Daphne, she's the only speedster on the show so far, and Linderman's power is completely unrelated to Claire/Adam's power.

It seems as if Puppet Man is pretty original as well. Atleast, I don't recall anyone else controlling people's actions in such a manner before.

Did Sylar forget his super-hearing ability? Cause he looked like he had a hard time listening to Noah :\

quote NarphineanVery true. Considering how Mohinder was known as the dude with morals and ethics, shooting himself up with that syringe was completely out of character. I don't buy that whole excuse revolving around his Dad's death, either. It would be believable if they were hinting towards that earlier in the series, or if he said earlier how he'd love to have powers...but such things never happened. So when he used the syringe, it seemed completely out of character. So explain that Mule or DMD if you truly believe no one is acting out of character. The out-of-character bits were only really apparent in the first 2 episodes though. Episode 3-5 I feel the characters were acting fine...with the exception of Hiro killing Ando. If it's staged, then okay. If not? Then the writers don't know their own creations. And DMD, what 'Puppet Man' are you talking about? Oh, and who else thinks that new power we saw this episode is easily one of the coolest powers in the show? ------------------- ![]() 'In the end'? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends.

Whith Linderman being an illusion created by Maury, how did Nathan heal from his fatal wound? Did Future Peter have healing or what?

There are a number of people who could have a vile of Claire/Adam's blood hanging around. Adam was a prisoner of the company for years. It only makes sense that they would have stockpiled a little bit of his blood. Angela, being the new head of the company, would easily have access to this blood, and considering that she's Nathan's mother, it isn't much of a stretch to think she injected him.
I am a little disappointed though, I really thought Linderman was back. At least we have Maury, he's pretty interesting. After all the shit Mohinder went through with Sylar, and feeling helpless, I don't really see why his injecting himself is out of character. I would have done the thing, giggling like a giddy schoolgirl the entire time. The chance to become powerful, to become special, was tempting even for Mohinder... No, especially for Mohinder. Either way, I'm just going to enjoy a great show without over-analyzing every little thing. ------------------- The next time you have a thought... let it go.

NO! Giggling like a giddy schoolgirl? Now if Mohinder did that, I would be majorly creeped out.

Hey, I just thought of something. You know how Tracy was freaking out at Dr. Zimmerman about giving her a ability? Well she wanted him to give her some names, but Zimmerman said that the Company made them forget. THAT'S the part that doesn't make sense. That would have been about 30 years ago, but the company only had the Haitian for the past 16 or so years. If they didn't use the Haitian, then what did they use?

That kid from X-Men: The Last Stand. He must be eternal or something.
Eh, I try not to ask questions anymore since I just get confused. I just try to enjoy the show for what it is and not think too much about it, otherwise I'd just get headaches. ------------------- ![]() ![]()
