Wood elf or Kajhit are the best for stealth.
SPecialize in Stealth with agility and speed for base attributes. Aside from that use the skills in the stealth category.

There are also TONS of builds listed in deatail in the Introduce your Incarnate thread in this forum.

Actually, I would suggest Wood Elf, the Khajiit has a serious limitation, it cannot wear full helmets or any type of footwear, which alot of worthwhile enchanted things are full helmets and boots.

hell yeah, and small little buggers they are too, but tiny equals stealthy I guess. I just try to sneak around ppl to increase my sneak skill, and then shoot random stuff like rats and stuff with my bound bow to increase marksman. right now I can kill a guard in any city with on shot, and since almost no guards have ranged, you can just sit on a roof and snipe.

It is a summoned weapon, so you just need to learn the spell and practice your conjuration.

The Daedric Longbow is also hiding somewhere in a ruin or two, and you can purchase one in Vivec if you d/l the official plugins from Bethesda.

ok thanks. cause i went through exploring the first half a map with a normal chitin bow. lol. weak as hell....
