	There is a Dwarven crossbow in a locked chest in the ruins of Mzanchend, north-east of Uvirith's Grave. It is the one with a bridge.

	I believe I found one in dwarven ruin arkand (don't remember the spelling) near balmora. I found it while I was looking for the dwemer puzzle box. I got quite a few interesting items outta there.

	Finding weapons in chests is random. You can get better items from chests if your character is higher level too. So if you're looking for a specific item, it may take a long time.
