I recently bought the Morrowind GOTY edition game and have been playing it for the past few days. It runs perfectly fine, no slowdown or long loading times. No graphical glitches or obvious errors.
My problem lies in the fact that unless I save the game every few minutes, sometimes less, then I will suffer a crash to desktop error randomly.
I have no mods installed. The only thing I'm using is the Morrowind Code Patch, but that was after a day of errors anyway. I hoped it would fix things, it didn't.
I tried to run it on my laptop and was getting the same problem even though the two systems are nothing alike.
The main computer I'm using is 3.1 Ghz 3 core, 3.12gb ram, and ati 4850 gcard, directX9.0c. Windows XP SP 3. I'm reading that there should be no problems, yet here I am.
Please I need some help.
