growing your own telvanni towers is a good one

I would highly recommend Book Jackets (which are gorgeous) and Book Rotate. I got it then spent hours rearranging my hyper-cluttered shack into a massive library.

Uvirith's Grave is pretty decent too (be warned, the Champion you can fight for a new follower will stomp all over you at level 25 and under. It doesn't help that the small space has at least 5 daedra in it...). It's nice not having to run all the way to the coast for services...

If you've beaten the main quest (I haven't, but I enjoyed this anyway), Julan the Ashlander is pretty awesome. He's a snarky, arrogant Ashlander, but he's pretty entertaining!

Children of Morrowind if good, but it slows my comp like having molasses poured into my processor, so use with caution and enter all the big cities to see how well you handle it.

Dongle's Ranger Tent is also awesome (if a bit expensive early on at 1200+ gold) and heavy as heck (150 pounds), but its good for storing and even has sacks swinging from the top of the tent inside. Just don't take the plugin out and put it back in because the sacks will double, which is extra storage if you can separate the bags. And you run the risk of losing stuff in the bags. It also has a slightly annoying habit of glowing at night... and leaving the ground light up like a torch area afterwards. (And it stays there. I can see where I've camped before by seeing the torchlight marks on the ground months later). It's a minor nag, and you can avoid it by reaching your tent before 8pm and sleeping/waiting until 6am. I'd still highly recommend it if you like roleplaying or roughing it in the woods...
