Looking for a mod...

Since no one seems to be able to answer my other question, here's an easier one. I've lurked on this site for a while now and I seem to recall seeing a mod (in a Show your characters! thread) that showed every single weapon a character carried on the outside of his/her body/model. It made the character in question look like a walking armory, and I wants it.

Any ideas?

Hah. I already have Oblivion... and Fallout 3. Thing is, I've poured around 100 hours into both, yet I still prefer Morrowind. Strange, huh? Anyway, I can't find the thread in question, so... that means no picture. If it helps, I remember that the character was pale, wearing all black, had eyeshadow, and was standing on a rock against a dreary backdrop.
