how do u teleport npc's

does ne1 knwo how to do that thing where u press ` ?????????_?????????_??? to transport an npc to you ?

I think you can use the "travel" from the Mages Guild to move, but I don't think you can do a "recall other" spell...

I've heard something about special 'Index' stones...basically you take one of them an ancient shrine or ruin...and it teleports you for free.
So far I've only found 1 and that's at the Maar Gan temple - shrine rock thingy...but the problem is getting it-stealing from the temple...hmmm...is that a bad thing?
It's just a question of exactly which ruin you go to...not one of those Deadra shrines...unless you like the challenge.

I'm not too sure where I read this in the game dialoge though...so it could all be an interesting delusion.

At srongholds, theres a room with a weird pink thing. If you hit "a" next to it, it says you need an index. The indexes let you teleport to different strongholds.

there are 10 "propylon indexes" I think... I have all of them and some are quite hard to find, but I got a patch from Bethesda that makes collecting them a quest for a woman at the Cladera mages guild
