Is there any way that you can enchant a bow or arrows with something usefull say in the Destruction area. I have enchanted bows but cast when hit does not seem to work. And arrows dont come up as an item for enchanting. You can find enchanted arrows but you can't make them? Thats just wrong. It sure would be nice to have a hefty ranged arsenal. Any help?

	I would like to know about this myself. I too have found a few Enchanted Arrows here and there, but I would buy just about all I could carry if only I knew of someone that has them. Anybody know?
