I think that Baek is better. He is the master. He tought Hwoarang. He also has better combo moves. That is all.

Hwoarwang is better i fink because he has more attacks but Baek's still very good.

i'll have to say hwoarang because when i use hwoarang i can do a lot more juggles as for baek i think he has better 10 hit combination the hwoarang.

I use Hwoarang all the time when i fight arcade, it is so stupid you need to pick up two chars for team when you can beat all the enemies with one.

Whoa you must be really good with Hwoarang i'm okay with Hwoarang but i'm not that good with him. i don't use him much because he is a cheap character. i use Jin,King,and Heihachi at the arcade all the time but at home i use Jin,King,Unknown,Heihachi,and Wang all the time when i'm versing someone. otherwise i just play practice mode.

I have too, in my opinion, Hwoarang is the best character in the game (well I would say that when I've practiced with him as my main character since Tekken 3!), in my opinion perhaps even more so than Jin.

This is a classic case where the student has surpassed the teacher. BAEK hits harder but HWOARANG is quicker and has a much much longer movelist. Oh YOSHI, how I loathe thee........

Definitly Hwoarang! He's the best character imo! It (might) takes a while to master (all) his moves, but once you mastered it, he's UNSTOPPABLE!!!!
