There is a loop-the-loop in Washington. It's 100% impossible to do it, even with the secret car which also is almost impossible to get. To get the paint job choose the Mustang and go for it but cheat a bit. When youve just got on the loop swerve right and you'll be at the end of the loop.

To get the other Konigsegg color, go to one of the roundabouts. Check if they have a stunt on the pathway outsibe the roundabout. Go up this at about 175-200km/h and try get on the next jump up on the building. If you are successful in crossing onto the next building there is a big jump. Keep on accelerating and you might get it.
