	The phone ringing isn't relevant it's for a different side-quest. There should be a door around the back of the building, it might be hidden kind of, I remember looking for a way in for ages too. ------------------- Last.fm

	I remember being stuck on this for a short while, felt stupid when I realised how easy it is! There's a box you can shoot with the electrical gun that's above a shutter, it causes the shutter to open but not enough to crawl through you have to run at it and press crouch mid-run to slide underneath. It's so simple but I hadn't used the slide at all previously in the game and had forgotten you even could slide! Wasted a stupid amount of time trying to work out how to get in!
