What would you improve?

As far as what I'd change....I'd make the encounters a little more challenging and less few and far between - this is being said without having played Game+ yet.

Overall though, I found the game to meet and exceed expectations thoroughly. Maybe just a bit more content. More than just 30 seconds of screen time for Robin. Maybe in the next game they could explore the relationship between him and the Robins.

Honestly, these are just a few nitpicks but here's what I would change.


Let me see my custom waypoint while in Detective mode.

Let me have my directional compass displayed even while inside buildings, or underground. Having to constantly blip the map on and off gets a bit old in some parts.

Id like to be able to use gadgets from small ledges and zipline wires.

Id like in combat to not automatically fly toward the armored/shielded/stunstick dude in the middle of a combo when theres a perfectly vulerable thug right next to them that I was aiming for, ending with my combo being broken.



The other thing would be that for alternate characters, make their damn predator maps doable based on their movement style and how they are played, instead of having them all set up as if they were going to be played by Batman only. On Extreme, some of these Catwoman predator maps are just ridiculous.

When I was hunting things like political prisoners and things basically needed in detective mode, is was a great hassle trying to find a target with no idea where you were going.

I would have probably made more in game story missions for the other characters. Like nightwing, robin... I liked playing as catwoman a lot, even if the story itself was obviously extra and unneccessary, it was still fun. Would have been nice to have other characters just to switch it up (kinda like how ffxiii changed up following different characters). ALSO I prefer doing side quests whilst doing the main story because otherwise I find myself getting distracted by something new after I've finished the story and never finishing all the side quests
Does anyone else ever feel like this >> I know I'm never gonna finish getting all those riddler trophies in this game. I got them all in AA tho ;_;

This for sure^^^, hate it when I got a 30+ combo built up and batman flys right into a stud rod or shield blowing the whole combo when the guy with the rod wan't even the intended target


And maybe some way to slow time down so you can pick your target amonst a crap ton of guys all swinging at you. I think it goes to fast once you start building a combo higher and in turn makes me break my own combo because I hit counter at the wrong time because I see 3 or 4 guys swinging at me but by the time I hit counter I'm out of range of those particular guys because I seemelessly jumped 20 feet away hitting another guy.

I like the combat system at any rate, I just think it needs tweaking

I would also throw in more boss battles, as this game seems to lack them. A boss battle between fighting both The Joker and Harley Quinn at the same time would be interesting.
