ok when u go into the special features option mitch eddie and sam all have these keys next 2 their names, each one has a little icon next to it that seems to point to a mission or a building but some of them i dont understand what they r! plus ive done way more missions than ive got keys?

if anybody has a clue what these r please explain
if not can u tell me if your characters have the same amount of keys as mine? ive completed all the missions but not done much in the side games (dont no if that makes any difference)

mitch has 2 keys (ones a boxing glove)
eddie has 4 keys (ones a snooker ball anothers a boat)
sam has 1 key (looks like the skobel logo)

it could be when your doing free room then you can enter those buildings?

They unlock more race levels and free roam characters

ok 4 each mission there is a key ring! only just found this out so gonna have 2 hunt them down again, if u have all the keys please post the locations!

some people say they unlock mission locations some say freeroam characters

dont no if more key rings unlock more locations or if thats just myth?

The key Ring on the level in the London Underground is at the bottom of the twisted flight of stairs.

For the mission you can get off the steps after one flight but if you go down another flight there are 2 Yardies to kill then go past them and then keep going as far as you can go and then you automatically pick up the keys.

I don't know if you have to complete the mission as well.

This is maybe asking a bit much but could you post the locations of all the keyrings you remember. It would be a great help.

mission 1 tuesday. up on 1 of the balconys at the very top, a red fence separates it from another part

mission 2 shoreditch boys. cant remember sorry

mission 3 the latvian cowboy. go into the hanger warehouse thing its in there

mission 4 finding miss philips. ok this one was a bitch! but when the stairs fell down on the way out i turned around and went back 2 the room next to the big hole in the floor found it there

mission 5 hot property. up the ally behind the mg convertible go up some stairs and shoot the people up there and pick up the key

mission 6.under ground activity. when u start the mission go down the winding stairs into the dark bit mitch will turn his tourch on if u in the right place, couple of yardies down there but dont let that put u off

mission 7 the jamaican.when u get 2 the street that the chopper starts on before u catch it knock on charlie jolsens doorstep!


mission 8 desperate measures. ?????????

mission 9 monday. ??????

mission 10 the rescue. at the end of the level, sorry thats all i remember

mission 11 cons and icons. ????????

mission 12 the wake of the shoreditch massacre. in the pool table room upstairs behind the bar

mission 13 return to the scene of the crime. when u drive sam back to the skobel building its on the pavement outside before u get past the barrier

mission 14 trespass. when u get in the skobel building go in the door on the right about half way up the room

mission 15 codes of honour. ??????????

mission 16 this geezer hector. next 2 the stairs in the dark bit???

mission 17 jimmer collins. opposite the back door entrance, again i think!

mission 18 your man with the tattoo. ??????

mission 19 the vor. ????????

mission 20 paying favours. in the lift next to 2 the vent u climb through????

mission 21 beginning of the end. this one aint hard!

mission 22 the fall of an icon. follow the path round the back of the pump house building and yall find a shotgun with it!

missed loads out but once u got them u cant find them in the missions again and some of the directions aint great but its all by memory so........ think ya self lucky i spent hours having to find every single one

if anybody rembers the ones i missed then post em,or if u can give more detailed directions n locations DO YA THING

also u dont have to complete the levels when u pick up the key just save from the pause menu then exit

aintmadatcha: I've got them all except the 22nd. I found the shotgun. I have searched that whole level about 15 times. It drove me nuts. When I found the gun I guessed I was close, but there is no sign of the key. I'll have another look now that I know.

Thanks for the key locations, Ill be trying them out when I go back on The Getaway after completing GTA:SA.

I have finished the game with the best ending and I have found every key except for level 15 when Sam is trying to find the lap top. I have so far managed to unlock the porn studio and I have got 9 Characters in Free Roam, they are Mitch, Eddie, Sam, Jamahl, Yuri, Viktor, Zara, Leo + the Madame. I cannot find the key on level 15 so if someone can tell me where it is I will be very happy. One thing that I have discovered is that the story changes on levels 13 if you as Eddie get out of the car and Sam has to drive herself to the bank, in that case there is two level 14s and each has a key to pick up, I have both of them, the other change in the story depends on if you save Miss Phillips or let her fall to her death, this also leads to you having to pick up another key, two for a level. In all there are 24 keys to get, I have 22, what I don't know is if there are any other rewards for completing the three different endings and also for picking up the other two keys, so if anyone knows can you please let me know, Happy Gaming.

could anyone possibly list what each key does?

I seem to pick up keys accidentally without realising lol. The only one i remember is Cons and Icons. When you up the stairs into the pub the man walks in dies. Its right next to him if i remember right.
