	I confirm that everyone's MP restores when walking. From what I've noticed, though, the rate at which MP is restored while walking will increase if your MP is something like less than 10%. ~Dij4~

	You gain 1 Mp while walking. You go in a faster rate in areas that contain Mist (like the Great Crystal, later areas of the Henne Mines and Narbeus Deadlands). -------------------

	It's not just the effect of having <10% MP, just generally your MP will rise quicker the lower your MP, so if you have 20% MP it will reach 30% faster than it will for it to go from 30% to 40% and so on. But in any case, the problem he is encountering is with having the Dawn Shard equipped. -------------------
