	Wiki Pages Larva Eater Log in to remove this sponsored message hey Penelo, nice job on spawning LE...but once you've defeated the Necrophobes, you cannot save your game...by saving, you more or less destroy all the work you did to spawn LE...so once you've spawned him, continue to do the 2 zone method and if LE's not there, start zoning again...just don't save...hope this helped...cheers ------------------- That which you fear the most could meet you half way...

	I think and i have tryied when you stat chaining dont take the loot then tha cain will get faster lvl and you reach the top chain in a short time ...

	I remember spawning LE by accident at least twice even after I got my danjuro from him way back. I was just killing necrophobes in near Waystone XIV and the leo gate area just for levelling up purposes. I know that I broke my chain after at least 50 odd kills by killing some Reapers before starting up another chain again. The weird thing is that LE spawned even though I broke my chain at least a couple of times. I sure as hell didn't chain 256 in a row either. So I don't know why LE spawned.

	Larva Eater can also appear at WayStone X by chaining 256 Forbidden at WayStone XIX.

	Okay, I feel the need to provide additional info that nobody on this thread yet knows. #1. When you're zoning to chain LE's and you use a way stone or even press "X" but deciding not teleport when walking up to a waystone it will stop the LE from respawning and you'll have to kill 255 enemies all over again to get it to show up. I learned this the hard way. #2. On the upper levels of the Great Crystal there is a rare monster called "Evil Spirit". For a rare monster it appears very frequently. If you do not have the Danjuro yet and want to obtain it DO NOT kill the "Evil Spirit". Killing it only one time makes LE NEVER respawn by zoning for the rest of the game, making it almost impossible to obtain a danjuro.

	In my point of view the weapon is still not worth it! Don't get me wrong guys n gals, (if there is any) but I would have to see a video where the danjuro is actually used to murder at least fafnir... maybe the bohemoth king......dout is worth stabing the hell wrym with danjuro....and yiazmat.NOOOOO....It'll start laughing at me for using such weapon. Already spawned him 3 times, in the game in which I have alreadt killed at least one Evil Spirit. So I can confirm that what Finaltits initially said about Evil Spirit being connected to Larva Eater not respawning by zoning is incorrect (at least in the EU version). On a final note, thank you to everyone who provided information on farming methods in this thread. can't get him to respawn now after those 3 spawns, damn these game mechanics lol quote Epion can't get him to respawn now after those 3 spawns, damn these game mechanics lol hm, i resetted after the above and tried again to see if i could get a longer chain i managed to spawn him again, got an instant respawn after the 2zone, then after 10mins of 1zoning i checked and there was a 3rd again which happened to drop a danjuro, quite lucky considering i didnt chain any gargoyle barons then i 2zoned again and it was another instant respawn, which was the 4th 5th didn't respawn after 2zone and i didn't dare stick around longer, went straight to save point This message was merged with other messages by Daisy (moderator)

	Wow, even though is much later than the last post, I've NEVER had problems respawning LE. Simply put Do everything GM said and as far as timing when 1-zoning to get him to respawn, I turn off all my gambits, cast bubble and hold the left stick down until it expires. Once bubble expires head back down to XIV and LE will ALWAYS be there. *ALWAYS*
