Newport and Luton tonight is my evens double. Both at home, Both in the top 4, Both playing much lower opposition (Ebbsfleet and Braintree respectively). Although now I've said it it prob wont win

Got an email from Skybet today saying: 'This is in regards to the bets placed on the Croatia game yesterday. The markets for the games was left up, and many bets that you placed were late bets. We have cancelled your withdrawal and adjusted any winnings off the account.

We do state in the Terms and conditions:

"Gambling is a fast moving environment, odds move rapidly and bets are taken continuously and consequently mistakes do occasionally occur. We do all that we can to avoid this but we cannot accept responsibility for any obvious errors or omissions in respect of the announcing, publishing or marking of prices, the late closing of markets, place terms, handicaps, runners or results despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy."'

You receive anything similar?

Exactly. I don't get the whole 'cannot accept responsibility thing' at all. Isn't there some Consumer Act that says something about price misrepresentation? Why is it any different for them just because they say it is in their T&Cs.
