Decided to start mine up now despite being at work (on lunch ). I've got a couple of bets on that start soon so thought I'd post it up now. Anyway, started with £100 last night and managed to get up to £111 betting on the two Copa matches so I'll start the blog with a bank of £111.66. Bet 1 has already happened so I am aftertiming but oh well .

Well bet 3 lost, Montana won 0-2 but I'm still on over £100.

I am not going to lay anything today so will leave this until Monday. Simple really, weekend laying for me always turns to shit.

Lay on Oldham and Luton, they won't win

Right so I ignored this for the weekend and had a bloody fantastic weekend making over £500 in total. Backing instead of laying. I've decided to lay throughout the week and back on a Saturday.

I'll choose some more lays when I get back from work and post them up here. Currently considering laying Liverpool @ 1.38. £100 stake for £38 liability but not sure yet. Those odds just seem far too short for Liverpool at the moment, even if they are playing Birmingham at Anfield.

Why would you lay Liverpool? I thought the lay was the team you don't expect to win? You want to stake £100 on Liverpool not winning?

I don't fancy Liverpool to win tonight so I take a bet off someone for £100 and if Liverpool win I pay them £38, if it's a draw or win for Birmingham, I keep the £100 they bet.

I just think the odds are far too short.

Would be a good win for you but I can't see them not beating Birmingham. Anyway, we'll find out who is right later today.

You should have staked like £50 on Oldham and Luton like I told you to I would have Probably left myself with a liability of £100 on just those 2 games because I never saw either of them getting the win, though Luton came close. Shame I can't deposit into my Betfair account for some reason =/

Football isn't really my specialty and I don't really like blindly following people but I think I should start listening to you and Andy a bti more . I love betting on overs/unders (2.5) when at about 60 minutes. I normally bet on unders if it's 1-0, then trade out when it gets to 80 mins for certain profit either way. If there's a goal in between that time then I'd have to wait until the last minutes before I can trade out but I've generally done well doing that.

Well I just laid a horse on my lunch break (iPhone ftw!). £20 stake on Dunaskin in the 12:50 at Carlisle. £48 liability. Came nowhere so I'm already £20 up today.

I'm going to make an official post with current balance and all bets so far (only 4 on this). If anyone wants screenshots of the actual bets because of the aftertiming just ask.
