	Log in to remove this sponsored message Hello, I'm not expecting to get a response since i have seen more cheer in a graveyard than in this forum. But it's worth a shot. Everytime i play The Witcher 2, It only uses 50% of my GPU and my FPS can just barley scrape 30 on High Graphics settings and on 1680 x 1050 with AA disabled. My System Specs are as follows CPU: AM3 x6 1090T RAM: 4GB DDR3 1600 GFX: AMD 2GB HD5970 HDD: 1TB WD SATA Also, why is this forum so dead? This is one of the greatest games i have ever played and it is a very strong game of the year candidate, but most likely to be beasted by the almighty Skyrim. -------------------

	Might have to wait for the next ATI update to arrive as I don't think they've released a hotfix for this yet. Unfortunately even though the 5970 uses two chips on one card the power still relies on a bridge chip on the card. :/ If it's failing to make use of it you'll roughly be getting the performance of a single 5850 until someone patches that. -------------------

	MASHEDBUG What Vegitax2 said..a hotfix driver is currently in the works. Things should be optimal soon. Check the front page news section (or just follow/like us on Twitter/Facebook) for when that hits. And yeah, I'm disappointed by the lack of activity in here as well. Been covering the game like mad here to no avail..

	Okay so i did a bit of googling, and found out that the Crossfire scaling in The Wticher 2 is infact messed up. I found a temporary fix using Radeon pro by enabling the dirt 2 crossfire profile and putting the slider to "alternate frame rendering". It does improve my FPS a fair bit. -------------------

	I am having THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM and i am using nvidia 470GTX W/ Intel Core 2 duo 3.0 Ghz So it's not just AMD/ATI. Hope They fix this soon... cause i am more then half way down with the game and I keep on trying to hold off on playing it until they patch this problem, but the game just keeps calling for me...

	Is the game too demanding for most rigs? Cause I've got to upgrade my computer quite significantly just to play this game, and as I've just played the original I'm overly pumped for TW2 right now.

	Well nvidia had a fix for TW2 the day it came out, AMD recently released a hotfix and it significatly improves my FPS. My FPS skyrocketed from 25 up to an average of 50-60 on ultra settings. -------------------

	Hi Nvidia has got a new gfx driver out which is no. 275-33 also looking W2 website if u install, uninstall the 3D drivers if you are not setup for 3D I have already installed driver & it improved the Fps a lot I have a eMachine/Celeron 3400 dual cpu/nvidia GT 440 gfx/3.0gb ram

	The very latest drivers shouldn't require you to uninstall 3D components (only the beta ones).

	Naked Snak3 I was wondering the same thing. Why on earth is it so unpopular on Neoseeker? Anyway, as for GPUs, the game runs pretty great on a single HD 6950. Seems it's just Crossfire that buggers it up. -------------------
