What playing Ap Tryndamere is like

Yes but it also is doing 600+ damage in lane as well as giving him a heal to full health. It's impossible to lane against.

I feel as though if I were playing with these high level contenders I would do well too. They know how to deal with him. Healing reduction skills/items, early ganks to shut him down.

Instead you're forced up to farm against your tower and farm to the best of your ability because your jungler refuses to gank and you can't shutdown +900 healing on a manaless champion. Eventually you'll be dived once his ultimate is up. Feel free to tell me if I'm playing top lane wrong, by the way.

So far I've played Olaf v Tryndamere and 2 Jax games.

The Olaf game wasn't too bad, he was a bit sketchy on healing the Reckless Swing damage and I could sustain through W. It was just a stalemate. He'd try diving but Ragnarok prevents any serious damage.

The first Jax game I had an incredible jungler who listened to me and ganked early (I shut down Trynd bad, he couldn't do anything but go up to last hit and spin out)

The second Jax game was different. Our jungler was duo queue'd with our ADC so I didn't see him a single time, Xin Zhao however was in my lane just as often as the Tryndamere. In theory Jax should beat Tryndamere but you can't negate the Spinning Slash damage without a ton of early armor, the spin is a longer dash than Leap Strike and you can't catch him with it, and his heal is just way too strong.

In theory, Jax should win but I'd recommend taking Olaf when the situation rises. If you have to face him I suggest a large amount of lifesteal early to keep up against his sustain. Don't bother trading, just keep yourself warded and try and get an early gank.

The AP Yi that has a 0.5 scaling on his Q. Because that's OP. It's a boring lane, but it's so pointless. I tried it in a bot game 6 months ago. Way ahead of the line of wannabe AP Bruisers.

Hasn't he been nerfed?

I tried AP tryn the other day, i went 8/6/16 better than our mid laner who was blaming me for our loss -_-
