Except this isn't really for official Champions that Riot has made, but more so for fan made ones. ^-^

I mean we have separate champion threads because having one mega thread will be too hectic. And that would apply here as well.

Innate - Witchbane
Perynx's basic attacks drain his target's mana* and heal him for the same amount.

Q - Mage's Flail
Perynx's next basic attack is ranged (550 range) and deals an additional 30/50/70/90/110(+6.AP) magic damage.
Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 seconds
Mana Cost: 30/35/40/45/50


W - Hunter's Embrace
Perynx gains a shield equal to 60/100/140/180/220(+.6AP) for 5 seconds. After the 5 seconds are up Perynx's next basic attack will deal the amount of damage shielded.
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds
Mana Cost: 100


E - Haste (Needs a better name, sue me)
Perynx gains 15/30/45/60/75% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. The duration is refreshed if a target is hit by Mage's Flail.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Mana Cost: 70


R -
Perynx gains a magical charge every 20 seconds, up to a maximum of 3/4/5 charges. When activated Perynx's next basic attack deals an additional 50/90/130(+.6AP) magical damage and silences his target for .5 seconds. This effect stacks with Mage's Flail.
Cooldown: 1 charge every 20 seconds up to 3, 4, or 5 charges (Depending on rank)
Mana Cost: None

The idea behind him was to be an anti mage that is based heavily off of basic attacks and a hybrid build incorporating Guinsoo's Rageblade and a Hextech Gunblade. His passive allows him to sustain and his Q allows him to poke, Mage's Flail can be combo'd with his ultimate and W, letting it be a very very potent skill.

72 healing per hit at 18. Thats fine.

And that would also drain 72 mana per hit, right? Stack AS, OP.

Count Lionfang, Lord of the Night

Passive: Blood Lust-The Count's basic attacks steal 5 health on hit and deals 5 bonus physical damage for every .8% of health the target is missing. The Count's basic attacks also apply a blood trigger. Targets who are marked with blood trigger have reduced armor and magic resist.

Skill 1: Vampiric Spear/Sanguine Orb-Regular Form: The Count infuses his spear with vampiric energy. The Count's next basic attack within the next 5 seconds steals 75/80/85/90/95 health and deals 75 bonus physical damage. Vampire Lord Form: The count throws an orb that deals deals 100/110/114/123/150 magic damage and steals 50 Health (+50 health stolen per target hit) to all enemies in the explosion radius upon reaching the target location or colliding with an enemy.

Skill 2: Spear of Thorns/Vampiric Grip-Regular Form: The Counts slams his spear into the ground, summoning walls of thorns in a circle around The Count. The walls remain in place for 7.9 seconds. Enemies inside the wall take 20 magic damage per second and 15% of the magic damage taken by the target per second heals The Count. Enemies who are impaled by the thorns take 100/105/110/130/150 physical damage. Vampire Lord Form: The Count pulls an enemy champion towards him, dealing 100 magic damage and suspending the target mid-air. Activate this skill again to throw the enemy champion to a targeted location, dealing 100/105/110/115/120 physical damage.

Skill 3: Bite-The Count bites the targeted enemy champion, dealing 150/200/210/215/250 physical damage(+50 per .5% of the target's maximum health and +40 per .5% of the target's missing health.) Deals 100 bonus true damage against targets with blood trigger.

Ulti: Transform(THIS SKILL IS ALREADY UNLOCKED AT LEVEL 1)-The Count shifts forms. In Vampire Lord mode, the count gains new skills and has 10 bonus armor and magic resistance. In Regular Form, The Count has 5 bonus physical damage and 15 bonus armor penetration.

Q: Darkness Ring: Hel launches a paralysing projectile in a straight line. If it comes in contact with an enemy, it stuns them for 1.5 seconds. (Basically Brand Q with a guaranteed stun)

Kinda like Elise's E in human form. If Hel would be released as an official champion, i'm buying him (except if he has insane cooldowns like Gangplank. I don't mind 10 second cooldowns, but a 20 sec. cooldown is just frustrating)
