	ShadowCrystallux hehe I managed to do the same thing once, I don't know why but randomly my own skill level went full retard and I lost literally 8/10 games I played xD I didn't get to do THAT big of a drop but I did fall from 1700 to 1200 for no reason that I can actually think off. In retrospec, I still blame Elo-hell

	Yeah I stopped playing for a bout a 6 months or so then decided alll I'm gonna do is play ranked.... 	Gravedigger Blu. To be honest, if you can't 100% carry your team, you deserve to be at that ELO. If you're doing everything you can to win and you're not, you probably need to improve. Although I will agree, you cannot carry with an AFK/troll, but you should always demand your best role and best champion then go hardcore mode. That's how to win. At least my experience, I'm only Silver I so you can think what you want. ------------------- Have some music

I spend about 40% of my games supporting, 30% in mid, 20% as ad carry, 5% each for top and jungle. Not being cocky, but I know I'm a pretty damn good support. Unfortunately, most people who play ad carries are pretty awful in solo Q. 	Actually, my advice is to find someone who plays an exceptionally strong mid or top lane and snowball from there while you're supporting. It may sound weird not wanting to be in the same Vent/Teamspeak as your ADC, but if you're a good enough support, you can handle your own down there and your friend guarantees a good carry from top or mid. ------------------- Have some music

I generally win my lane in mid, hell, I carry the first few teamfights, but there's a point in the game where mid laners can no longer 100-0 everybody on their team. Which is where ad carries come in, because, surprisingly, people in general are actually somewhat decent in mid. If you're supporting the average ad carry in bot, you can jump in, use every ability to secure a kill and they still won't get it. Same with dis-engaging. You stop the enemy in their tracks yet they still die. It's sad really. AD carry is probably the worst played position in ranked from my experiences. 	In all my supporting in ranked (which is only like 10 games, lol, but still) I always asked them their preferences on skills, how aggressive they wanted to be, when they'd wanna engage, if they'd want to. I wouldn't make the first move unless asked. A Taric Dazzle is pretty obvious to go in on but not everyone takes advantage of it. So I usually played passive unless say, mid lane (inuyasha) came bot for a kill. As for needing someone to duo with, I would love to. As soon as I hit Gold I'm gonna duo a lot with people below me, since there's really not a risk of dropping back to Silver. What are you currently at? I'm aiming for Gold, but if I feel I have what it takes I'll strive for Platinum. But yeah, it all depends on if people wanna duo with me or not. At the moment I'd rather solo my way up to Gold, that way I feel like I earned it. Duo'ing with Inu was good to have someone that I could rely on but it stuck me in support more times than I desired and I didn't feel like I was earning the win when I was just a big aura. ------------------- Have some music

	ShadowCrystallux Pretty much. I play Ali and Zilean occasionally, but not that often. I only play champs that have somewhat complex and/or interesting kits, so being an aura bot Sona/Taric/Soraka is not really that fun at all. And Blitz is only a kill lane support, he has almost no capacity to make saves on people effectively like all the other said supports can. Leona to a lesser extent, but still not my favourite champion to support with. ------------------- Need some help supporting your team?
