	So you can buy IP booster and be rewarded with extra IP which in turn you can buy every mastery and rune or whatever? That is just a reacharound way of buying these things with money. Etherlight Pay2win doesn't blatantly mean shoving a quarter into your computer and having the other teams ancient blow up at any point in a game. It means paying for a leg up. As long as you can buy IP boosters and heroes you will always have a leg up on people who are playing to get these things. -------------------

	A person who got to Lv. 29 with EXP boosts isn't different to the player who got to Lv. 29 without them. If you're talking about the difference between Lv. 28 to Lv. 29, then it's not an issue pertaining to pay2win. A champion bought with RP isn't different than one bought with IP. Whether you buy it with money or not, the champions you get are the same. The levels, whether you got them with EXP boost or not, are the same. Only difference is you get one earlier, but that's not an advantage given exclusively to payers whatsoever. Also, you talk a lot about counter play, but you can't counter play in low levels because you can't see enemy champions before a match (Blind Pick). Having all the champs with RP doesn't give you a "leg up" when you can't even counter play to begin with. You can in Draft Mode but that's not designed for lower levels to begin with, so your argument doesn't really work. Regardless, it seems you have a limited understanding of League of Legends and I suggest you get up to date before you start spewing random stuff in these forums. -------------------

	Just because I'm shaky on LoL's gimmicky cash shop doesn't mean i'm spewing random shit. You seem to think your opinion is the only one that goes and there is no other argument, but in fact LoL cash shop is a gigantic issue on the LoL forums and for good reason. IP boosters still let you purchase everything in the cash shop with money, it's not as much the person who is paying for these things is receiving a gigantic reward but in turn it makes the playing field much more uneven for people who don't have XP/IP boosters or whatever. Comparing to DOTA where all skills and characters can be used by everyone and you don't have to worry about the headache called the rune and mastery system. -------------------

League can be just as "complex" regarding the item argument. To be honest, Riot puts work into each champion, and a champion can go up to 10 weeks in closed development before it's even released on a special client called the PBE, which stands for public beta evaluation. Almost all of the champions released since last year have been fun to play, and have had fun factors about them. Basically, I think league of legends has such a large playerbase because it's more fun and friendly while still having the potential for serious competitive gameplay, while still keeping that aspect of fun. I've had fun in DOTA, but I personally love the potential theory crafting and analysis LoL can provide. I know my argument is half assed, but I havent slept in near 40 hours. quote Marc headache called the rune and mastery system. 	Okay well it still manages to annoy the shit out of me. Like I said I think the whole system is just a pain in the ass than anything. Just busy work stuff you do in the menus. For me its all about the gameplay. -------------------

But that's not an issue regarding P2W whatsoever. All I see is complaining that you don't want to buy any champions, runes or masteries, and that is a legitimate complaint (it really does get tedious getting champs and runes), but that does not in any way make LoL a Pay2Win game. As if the runes and mastery system were even complicated to begin with. It's just simply putting points into things you like for extra stat boosts. lol. Well, There's almost never a scenario where a very low level Summoner will face a level 30 summoner. Xp and IP boosters dont have anything to do with it. ------------------- last.fm

Well, you have to understand that even with a full rune page, you are really only putting yourself MAYBE 400 gold (the price of a minor item) ahead and at only one point in the game, anyhow. For example, you could stock up flat health runes on Malphite and be somewhat difficult to kill for the first minute. Even then, skill goes a such a long way more in your capabilities that it really only affects pros. On the other hand, while DotA is improving, with their tutorials and such it still requires a large base knowledge of the game to be proficient at it beforehand. Especially since all champions are free at the start, new players will most definitely be overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge that they are expected by the game and community before hand. Oh, playing against Invoker? Got killed for no reason from across the map (Exort x3)? Didn't memorize all ten of his abilities, along with the other four abilities of all other 89 heroes? And their common builds? And in the next game any player can choose anyone? GL bro. This I argue is an even larger barrier to play than any rune or mastery page ever could be. LoL players, especially new ones, can focus in on the weekly rotation of free champions in the comfort that probably won't run into some completely unknown champion, and even if they do, they'll still learn a lot, because the community won't be raging at them so hard because that same noob missed his CC.

I'd recommend: Mercury's treads Bilgewater cutlass OR Wriggle's Phage, Sheen (Triforce) Hextech Gunblade Frozen Mallet OR Warmog's OR Banshee's Veil Atma's Impaler Guardian Angel or other generic 6th item Your builds not bad it's just very fragile and you don't have life steal for a longtime. Also you don't really wanna bother with attack speed on Jax besides getting maybe Guinsoo's and a Triforce, his passive adds up to two phantom dancers at late game. A rule of thumb for playing Jax is get life steal early, your damage items, then stack health. Resistances aren't that helpful on Jax because you can just pop your ultimate and last for the majority of the team fight. ------------------- Have some music

	BluAnimal Sorry, kind of a newbie to Jax (Level 23 ) I just find a build i'm comfortable with, and go with that, not knowing if it's wrong or right or just 'situational'. All right then, tomorrow, i play as Jax again. I don't know why people call Rengar 'under-powered'. He is just amazing, and fun to play. Whenever i see a Rengar on the enemy team, i place wards in every bush. Don't want to get ambushed now, would we. -------------------
