Speaking as someone who frequently works on Tribunal, I'll say that even one toxic game will get you a punish vote from me, and I have something like a 90+% affirmation rate right now. Toxic doesn't even have to be swearing all game, if you said "gg noobs" in all chat after a game, that just tells me you apparently don't have the maturity to keep it to yourself for 10 more seconds, and also you are a dik.

If the first game doesn't have anything determinedly ban-worthy, then i'll move onto the next case, until I can find definite ban-worthy proof. Often times, I only have to read the first few lines of the first few minutes before I know I can mash ban, because in those few lines that person managed to prove themselves to be a dik. I honestly don't care if he was unfairly reported for his next 10 games, because he still ruined a game, despite normal, adjusted people never having to do so, so that's punishment worthy.

Tribunal follows a wonderfully simple rule despite its details, and that is "would you want to play with this person again ?" or, "is this person a dik?"
Don't want to be in Tribunal? Want to get out? Don't be a dik.

Oh God, the RuneScape community is so bad that I couldn't even stand just being logged into the game anymore. It's not even an MMO anymore, it's a singleplayer game unless you want to get spammed or shittalked to oblivion. Thank God for the Neo Chat in that game.

Lol I'm not taking an average here, bud. You don't get free passes for one game because in another you were reported unfairly. A guy who was toxic one game and reported for 100 was still toxic for a game, just like the guy reported for just one toxic game.

It's not that I assume the rest of the cases are bad, it's that I've seen that this person has confirmed to be a terrible person in a game. Ruining one game for everyone else is ban-worthy, regardless of how many cases there are afterwards. Whether this person is a saint in the rest of the cases or Satan incarnate, he's still ruined that first game, and deserves to be punished. If the first case does not have anything ban worthy, I'll take a look at a second case. If he's clear for all of them, then he gets my pardon vote.
