I feel incredibly ashamed of myself but also immensely satisfied.

I buy skins partly to show Riot appreciation for the product. aka speaking with the wallet. And partly out of vanity. Because, you know, vanity items.

Have a skin for the champs I main, or have mained. Some champs I have...many skins for, but I generally try to not do that any more. Bought a Lulu and Ahri skin the other day, since I've been using them a lot recently. Got a Darius skin too, I'm terrible with him, but he's just so much fun if you manage to get rolling. He's currently my "make this bot game hilarious" champ.

Actually using an online store is kind of like a wall. Your first purchase for any specific service will generally seem very daunting and something you may approach with caution. But once you've done that first transaction, the rest will come easier. Since you've leaped over that hurdle of whether or not to invest.

I've played the game for like 300 hours, I'd reckon. That's worth at least some money in my eyes.

I have one skin for most of the champs I play; I usually buy them during sales. Only exceptions are that for some reason I have Defender Leona, along with Valkyrie Leona, and I don't remember purchasing it, and that I have the Brolaf skin. There was a period of time where I did nothing but play Olaf a long time ago, so I couldn't help myself. When he got his recent buffs, Brolaf rode again.

I buy skins I like for champions I commonly use that are on sale.

I definitely don't mind supporting Riot, which is one of the best gaming Co.'s, and it's nice to have a little change from the norm.

I'm at the point where I have an abundance of IP for champions, runes, and rune pages.

I buy every new champion now with IP, and have almost 9 of every *decent* rune, and 3 of every *decent* quintessence.

I don't know, I've been playing long and often so it doesn't apply to everyone, but I'm never in need of IP.

I bought a bunch of riot points a while back. After playing multiple times a day, multiple times a week the amount of hours I've clocked up on LoL has eclipsed those I've spent on other games. I mean, I'll spend $60 on say...Mass Effect; a game I'll clock around 25 hours in and then not play again. The way I see it, the amount of entertainment (and some frustration, admittedly!) from the League is well worth giving back a little every now and then.

So, in response to the OP, yes, I have some Riot Points I bought and a few skins I bought with those points. Usually only on the characters I really play on a regular basis though.

I have skins for Brand, Ashe and am considering getting one for twitch soon, just because IMHO if you see someone with a prem skin then you would hope that they invested in that skin because they were going to use that character often. Ergo, you could also assume that because they use that character often, that they would at least know how to play them effectively and at most be a beast with them! Which i would consider that im the latter with the afformentioned characters

I have Annie's Frostfire skin, it looks really good in-game. Though I think Reverse has the best art.

I'd love to see that logic put into Co-op games actually, to mix it up. When the game's choosing the five bots you face, have one or two with a sin, and another with a legendary skin, and scale them up in difficulty a bit. It'd be kind of subliminal advertising (You want to rock? BUY SKINS! SKINS MAKE YOU ROCK!) but at the same time it would be pretty cool.
